Can you believe it's another snowy spring day in Maine. Just a couple days untill April and we are getting another 6-8 inches of the cold white stuff. (WILL IT EVER END) ? Idon't know about anyone else but I sure could use some of that Caladesi Island sand to brighten the mood. All I can say is when summer does get here, It better be good!!!!!!

Hello one and all

I thought I probably should inform everybody of a rather mysterious letter we received earlier this winter. When the postman delivered it he wanted to make note of several things.

1 - postage due

2 - no return address

3 - postmark mysteriously off the end of the envelop, no clue as to where it came from

Lastly he urged me to feel the contents before opening. It felt like fine powder. I immediately sealed it in a plastic bag. Beno was the brave one and opened it to reveal a fine white sand found only on Caladesi. I realize this was a ploy to tempt us down south, but this has been causing me some worry. I'm wondering if we should start a legal defense fund for two members of this family. I'm also wondering if "a senior moment" qualifies as a legal defense. Your thoughts and advice would be much appreciated.

Hi everybody!!
I'm new to this thing so bare with me:) I'm on Spring break right now and I'm so excited to just relax. Hope everything is going well for everybody. I can't wait next month I'm going to New Orleans with my Marketing Association for a national conference and to make things better it's the weekend of my big birthday:). Not many people can say they went to New Orleans for free and on there 21st birthday. Can't wait soo excited and believe me I've already got the safety precautions from Dad and of course Derik:)
I also wanted to give everybody a heads up on some other things I'm going to be doing with my school and looking for your support. On March 28th my Marketing Association group is participating in the Relay for Life. I've decided to join the team to help support the fight against cancer. What my team and I are going to be doing is at least one person from our team must be walking around the clock at all times. There is only about 10 people on my team so I will probable be walking for quite a while. Even though we are a small team are goal is to raise the most money out of all the groups that are participating on campus. The Dean in our School of Business is supporting us being a cancer survivor twice she is encouraging us to raise money. This is a big thing for us not only because our dean is supporting us but she is willing to match our donations to keep our team in first. Sox and Rays

We are kicking around the idea of a possible annual get together down here to go watch the Sox and Rays in September. Just looking for some feedback on whether or not this could be a good idea. Ticket prices are anywhere from 9.00 to 270.00. The dates are the 15th, 16th, and 17th. Let us hear your comments..................Skip and Sandy
