Couple of pics of the new camp that were taken at Thanksgiving and the one inside was taken at XMAS. Coming along great. Roof is on (thanks Bill for the recommendation on the skylights), most of the wiring is done and they are installing the furnace and starting to blueboard (sorry Pete!). Will try to send more pics soon. Hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year's!! See you soon. Love, Brian

Looks great! Can't wait to see it...............Blue board is good.
I agree - it looks great! I don't know what a blue board is but maybe you can put a plant in front of it or something so it doesn't look so bad.
Camp looks awesome Brian... I don't know what blue board is either... maybe if you a paint it, I like red...
For the record, that comment came from the woman in our household. I guess we need to educate the females in this family as to what blue board is!!!!!!!
Mike
I hope you all know that Stef and I were JOKING....
Camp looks great Brian, we will miss the old one though. The definition of Blue Board: "Blue board is water resistant sheetrock. It is used in bathrooms, laundry rooms etc.Where ever there is moisture present. It is often used in homes of grandeur and should not be used in camps as this might cause the dwellers to subliminally see city lights on the lake instead of the omni-present illumination that are Mother Nature's stars, she selflessly displays to enhance our connection with our inner being.
Pete
HUH?
now THAT'S funny!!
(and I know what blueboard is)
you are a funny bunch, I ALSO know what blue board is...courtesy of google, and I would like to know who thinks deleting comments is okay?
Wow, Pete, that was deep! If we didn't know you better, we would think you were really getting in touch with your spiritual side! Is it me or since he's shaved doesn't Pete kinda look like that Clooney fella?!
I have an idea Pete.. if you miss the city lights so much, maybe I can find some nice patio lights to illuminate over the lake... You know,,, from the deck.
I know,,, How about the
"pink flamingo" ones... That way the Gran dame and the Floridians can feel comfy Florida style... Stef
I don't think I can take a George
Clooney look-a-like in this family.
After all, we are cousins!
Karen
Flamingos would be good.
Now wait a minute Karen... I happen to like that George guy... He would look nice on the deck under the the nice patio lights,, However,,, pink flamingo's and the Red blue board may not be a good contrast... Maybe if you put Lisa's plant in the background he would blend in better..
I very much like GC too, Steph,
just not as my cousin. I expect
Pete could explain.
Karen
Fortunately for Karen's peace of mind, Pete doesn't look much like his picture.
How about me and GC on the blue board, under the patio lights, and with the pink flamingos watching? Now we're talking....
You go girl!!!!!!!!!!
Brian, does Blue board give you splinters ?
Least it's moisture resistant.
Pat says;
Roses are red
Violets are blue
What a blue board is
I never knew...UNTIL NOW
