What happened?

Uncle Ed took a tumble off the roof at their camp. He was sent to Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital via air helicopter. His injuries are a fractured skull and some broken ribs. He was in the ICU but the good news is that he may be discharged to home on Thursday or Friday. I'm sure he will be sore for a little while but the prognosis looks good. Lets all keep him in our Prayers. Hope for a speedy recovery Uncle Ed. We Love You. Mike and Stef

Uncle Ed,
We wish you a very speedy recovery. It is a good thing that you took one of those air helicopters. The ground choppers are a bit slow. Best wishes.

Skip & Sandy

Hi All,

First of all thanks for all the prayers and kind wishes. Sorry for the slow response, been a while since I've been out here! We are all very thankful and Papa is doing great - already back to giving orders and walking up to a mile a day for over a week now. Guilty son would attempt to take the ladder away, but that wouldn't last long!

He was bummed though, he's been in plenty of ground choppers, but it's been over 30 years since his last "Air" Helicopter ride and he doesn't remember a thing!

Love, -Brian
